Refund policy

At ComNet, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the guidelines below.

Return Period

Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt of your order, provided they meet the conditions outlined below.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned with all original attachments, accessories, and a copy of the invoice.
  • The item must be in its original, unopened/sealed packaging (including the unit carton) with any included accessories and free items (if applicable).
  • Opened units are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Goods must be complete, unused, and in the same condition as received.
  • If the box or seal has been opened, we cannot process a return.

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

Any damaged, wrong, or missing items must be reported as soon as possible. After inspection and verification, a replacement product will be sent at no extra charge.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at support@comnet.ae before sending your item.
  2. Our team will verify the goods are in acceptable condition for a return.
  3. Once approved, ship the item(s) back to the address provided by our Customer Service team.

Return Shipping Costs

Delivery charges for returning item(s) are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged, wrong, or missing item.

Refunds

Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment and will be processed in most cases within 10 but it may vary depending on the payment method and/or the issuing bank of the card used.
